Our team of experts focused on research in the individual life-long career development as well as the microsystem (family, peers, significant others, media) and macrosystem (nation policy, globalisation, etc.). Using specially designed assessment tools, we try to bridge the gap between workplace research, practice and policy to help meet the demands of a constantly changing and adapting world of work and organisation.
